Refund Policy
The Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), undertakes to full refund for cancellations received before 1 September 2026; no refund afterwards.
In the case of users who cancel their participation, in accordance with the guidelines established, the service undertakes to return the amounts paid for this concept at the express request of the registrant: 20% of the registration fee will be deducted for management fees (administrative costs), with a minimum charge of €30.
All refunds will be processed once the activity has concluded.
All refunds will be made by bank transfer.
