Are you considering applying for international opportunities but unsure whether your CV and interview skills meet global expectations? This session will give you the tools, language and confidence you need to present your profile professionally in English and succeed in international recruitment processes, both within and beyond the European Union.

During the session, we will focus on:

  • Building an international CV
Learn the key differences between a CV and a résumé depending on the country. Discover how to adapt structure, language and format to international contexts, identify keywords for ATS systems, and write a clear and compelling “About me” section. We will also explore how to showcase global and intercultural competences — whether or not you have participated in international mobility programmes — and how AI tools can help you refine and tailor your CV.

  • Preparing for international interviews
Go beyond words and understand the role of verbal, non-verbal and paraverbal communication. We will look at direct versus indirect communication styles, strategies to prepare strong answers in English (including the STAR method), online etiquette for virtual interviews, and the small intercultural differences that can make a big impact. You will also learn how AI can support you in practising questions and improving your answers.

Would you like to strengthen your profile and feel prepared for international selection processes? Register now and secure your place.

Session led by Anna Rodríguez Casadevall, trainer, facilitator, and consultant in education for global justice and interculturality.

Please note that the session will be in English.
