Payment and returns policy

The session of the Economic Commission of the UPF Board of Trustees held on 14 December 2017 adopted the following resolution: The amounts to be refunded for university extension activities or other activities that are largely self-financed through participant registration fees are approved unanimously, in view of the rector’s resolution dated 5 December 2017, under the following terms:

For reasons attributable to the organization: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

At the express request of the participant: 20% of the registration fee will be deducted as management costs (administrative costs), with a minimum of €30.

All refunds that arise will be processed once the activity has been completed. Administrative costs derived from the management of registration refunds will be incorporated into the general budget of UPF.
